Over the last year in Vietnam was opened twenty new caves, including the giant cave Han Son Dung (the name translates as “mountain river cave”). In fact, the tribes living in the jungle have long known about this cave, but they were afraid of her because of the sibilant sounds, which publishes an underground river flowing into the cave. The world community has learned about this miracle of nature only in 2009 when a group of British researchers from the British Association of cavers (BCRA) examined the cave. The studies were conducted from 10 to 14 April 2009.
